SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Semi-Private Personal Training involves working with a trainer and up to 3 other clients in a session.
Two private 1-hour sessions a week. Plus, you can join any other group session I offer for free.
It's a hybrid between traditional one-on-one training and small groups. Semi-private training allows you to make friends while getting an effective workout.

BOOTCAMP
You get 12 sessions a month.
The bootcamp session are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Tuesday and Thursday sessions begins at 7:00pm and Saturday session begins at 9:00am
The sessions are 1 hour and below is the breakdown:
10 minute warm up
40 minutes of work
10 minute cool down
ASSESMENT
Assessments are used to further evaluate if The Transformation Program is right for you. This is completed in order for you to get a feel for the sessions, understand your fitness level, asses your goals, and answer any questions.
*Assessments require a $45 deposit. If you show up to your scheduled appointment you'll receive a full refund, no shows will not have their money refunded.
