Two private 1-hour sessions a week. Plus, you can join any other group session I offer for free.

BOOTCAMP

You get 12 sessions a month and you must select either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule.

The bootcamp session are available Monday-Saturday:

  • Monday and Wednesday sessions begins at 6:00pm and 7:15pm.

  • Tuesday and Thursday sessions begins at 6:00pm and 7:15pm.

  • Saturday session begins at 8:00am and 9:15am.

 

The sessions are 1 hour and below is the breakdown:

  • 10 minute warm up

  • 40 minutes of work

  • 10 minute cool down

DROP-IN FOR BOOTCAMP

You have to call in advance to make sure there is a open space available.

No monitoring your eating.

Just the 1 workout that day.

ASSESMENT

Assessments are used to further evaluate if The Transformation Program is right for you. This is completed in order for you to get a feel for the sessions, understand your fitness level, asses your goals, and answer any questions.
